At Eintracht Pankow Musik I gained my strongest practical insight into an independent Berlin music company: label operations, playlist work, artist communication, industry events, networking and a songwriting camp.
My tasks
- Initial communication with potential new artists in a signing context
- Regular maintenance and updating of label playlists
- Conception, setup and maintenance of the label YouTube channel
- Managing lyrics via Musixmatch
- Development of a regular mailout on current social-media and marketing trends for artists
- Participation in internal meetings and practical insights into product setup, delivery and digital distribution
- Support around industry events, Reeperbahn Festival, Believe event, music-business panel and songwriting camp
